One of my favorite episodes yet. Always read so much about Meza behind the scenes but it's great to hear it straight from the source. Tries to play off the "right time right place" card but he's got to be a real good dude given the projects he's been involved in since contributing to World vids, producing the FTC videos, editor at Skateboarder, his current role at Vice, and of course all his contributions to what most consider Crailtap's golden years.
Loving Aaron! You can see him just being a kid, follow him step by step through his journey and the people he meets along the way, you see that same delight you saw when he was a kid to now that smile remembering as if were yesterday n loving it.
Nice to see Aaron! Hats off to everyone involved in making Nine Club. You guys are doing God’s work here. Keep on keeping on. And get Kelch on the show 💥

I'm one of those guys that always loved FTC penal code and still do. I never expected it to be the same as a board brand vid. It has so much style and reps sf and the skate culture of the time so well. Has a real human side of peeps just skating & tearing up the terrain.
I really like his perspective. As much as he really enjoyed skateboarding, he fell into the roll of filming due to being the only skater around with a camera and seemed to enjoy and embrace it. As it turns out, he ended up filming for legendary skate videos and having a great career. I wish I had someone like him to film around back in the 90s!
Meza! Probably not one of his most well known videos, but Girl's Yes We Canada got me so hyped to go skate back in the day. I made sure I held onto that DVD over the years and to this day I get hyped watching it.
The show is amazing, you guys rule, but PLEASE include a 30-60 second elevator speech on who the person interviewed is at the beginning so we know what to expect. I've been skating for a long time but I still don't know every name on a skate vid credits roll. But again, you guys rule, thank you so much for doing these.
