The dance is extremely complex and strong. It's Monsta X's style. We won't be able to see this kind of choreography being copied easily (I strongly reforce the word easily). In my view it had take at least 7 hours per day to prepare the fluid moves, not couting the work out the body needs to have to endure the hole music. Please support them. They aren't perfect but being with flaws is what complete as a unit.
There are some parts mainly Shownu and Jooheon had to do which requires a lot of strength and control, but Shownu and Jooheon did it like pros. Proud of them🤧👏🏻👏🏻
it's so cool to watch jooheon, he has so much energy. The way he dances and raps take my breath away! I love so much him. Monsta X have the best dance on kpop on my opinion, they are so sync and fast. I am so proud of them.

The one in the blue jacket reminds me a little bit of Hyunseung of beast. They both have really flexible body and the use it well so it makes their dance moves stand out so much. PS. Not comparing! Just saying that the way they dance is kinda same even though Hyunseung uses his flexibility a little bit more.
