How to create Repository and Integration Services in Informatica Administrator

Brother when I'm clicking on finish botton after filling details in step 2 of 2 it was not responding/ not even showing a sign of nothing, how to rectify it ..

I have created a integration service but when I enable the service it saying that 'integration service is unavailable'
Can you please help me with this issue
