Bonjour Docteur, I think I could have a subject for a video, in the off chance you need one. My mum has been interested in natural remedies for decades and she gave me a few things over the years. One of these is magnesium chloride. It's something a french doctor studied on his patients some 100 years ago, for its ability to heal wounds. Quickly his staff noticed it would give them energy and they were all taking it. The story of Dr Delbert can be read in french but I don't know if there is anything in english. Anyway, I started taking it, because at 50+ my sleep was sometimes uneven. It's a very cheap product, Nigari salt, from Japan I think. What I wanted to say, is that it seems like it has this funny side effect I could notice in the morning. Yes, that one. Not that I complain about it. A few years ago, I would have added that it is strange that such a product is still virtually unknown, for it may have very interesting properties against a log of very serious conditions, yes, the big league ones, but today, the corona circus has shed some light on the medical establishment and even more on the scientific community at large, and the picture is not pretty. Anyway, some day, some one, will read this and act on it, and that could be his lucky day. Good night !
Dr. Sam Bailey the only person who should talk about testosterone is Dr Sam Robbins. Once one hears his thundering voice, their testosterone levels shoot up.
I take testosterone gel due to various ailments. It helps with the get up and go but the only draw back I find is that it makes one a tad edgy if that's the right word. Thank you Dr Sam, lovely as always.
I'm 55 yrs old been a Diabetic for 15 yrs. per my Urologist I inject 1 Mil of Testosterone every 10 days for my low Testosterone. My Doctor also has me taking 5mg Cialis daily and 100 mg of DHEA. I also take 10,000 grams of L-arginine a day I take 5,000 grams at Breakfast and another 5,000 grams at dinner. The combination of all these supplements and medications has me feeling like I'm 30 years old again. I can tell you this if you have ED Testosterone won't help you it only helps with the desire what you would need is something to help your circulation. If any of your viewers think they have ED they should check their Testosterone levels first then go from there, A Urologist can map out a treatment plan to help with the ED and or low testosterone.
Dear Sam, you make wonderful useful videos, explaining everything brilliantly. Could you also put timestamps in, to the highlights in case one needs to refer to the main bits later. Thanks.
Hi Dr. Sam, every video you post is useful information and education. I'm so happy I found your channel, and am forever subscribed. Thank you for making a difference in my life. Regards, ~ Steve
Dr. Very interesting and educational videos. I wonder if you could talk about male adult back acne and what to do to clear from it ,but also what to do with the dark spot left on your back. Thank you so much Dan
Dr. Sam, what are your thoughts on the wave devices that are springing up? Are they hype or is there something to them? Also, I could listen to you read ancient Sanskrit and stay tuned until the end. Your voice is lovely and your accent is absolutely adorable!!
What about the use of Nitric Oxide supplements to improve circulation overall as well as ED? Isn't Cialis and others simply increasing the Nitric Oxide levels?
Psychological causes to be considered for ED. Most of the time ED creeps in from sixth decade. Most of the time these men have no issues with a new partner. So basically they are too bored with same old partner . New partner really helps ED in certain percentage of the cases.
Thankyou, Dr Sam Bailey, for the information re Testosterone. Hello Dr. Sam. My question is about prostate enlargment. Is it better to take a long life medication such as Tamsulosine and Dutasteride or just have it operated. What could be the bad effects of such medications. Thank you so much and keep your videos coming!

Out of interest is it normal to have a low testosterone level at late 20's / early 30's period? Thank you once again Dr. Sam Bailey
Hi there, thanks for your comments :) Your testosterone level should be relatively high in your late 20s/early 30s. The reference range for the testosterone tests will take your age into account however. If you have low levels (but are in the normal range), I would not be concerned about this. However, if it is below the normal range I would talk to your doctor further about having more tests, to determine why.

Hi there, I'd see your doctor to have a full panel of bloods done to work out what is going on. You should have normal erectile function at your age, especially since you have well controlled diabetes and high blood pressure - I think there is something else going on. Sometimes it can be related to betablockers - I'm not sure if it coincides with taking Propranolol?
Don’t have ED, but does type 2 diabetes and low testosterone linked? I have noticed since I have been a type 2 , my “drive” hasn’t been the same, I almost feel a little embarrassed quite frankly it has caused me to get depressed and my confidence is at an all time low, but have never discussed with my doctor because of the feeling of being ashamed, going on 10 years being a type 2, which has greatly affected my marriage with my wife of 20 yrs
One thing I was told by a Urologist was that once you start Testosterone replacement your own Testosterone production goes down to nothing. I found that the Testosterone gels are expensive, several $100's per month. Whereas, a shot every two weeks runs about $15 per month. This is something to consider if you do not have a money tree.
Well, yes it does tend to suppress your natural testosterone. But when your own level is down in the swamp--mine was at 159ng/dl when I started replacement--there's nothing to lose--except GoodRx coverage.
Well I just admit I might normally be embarrassed to discuss these topics with a female doctor but Doc Bailey brings a nice bedside manner with her Aussie accent
Thanks for this very interesting video. I had a Nebido injection 18 months ago and had a heart attack the following day. Do you think there might be a link between Nebido and the heart?
Hi Doctor, at the age of 40, I have ED slightly and now it's very bad. I had many times sindilafil tablets in different volumes. Unfortunately still the erection is not coming up to 80%. Now a days I am not having any libido and my age is now 64. What kind detailed blood I should do. I am slightly obsessive. I am taking losartan 50mg once a day since 12 years. Will be appreciated your response. Regards.
Hi there, I'd probably get a really good check of your bloods from your doctor, so: full lipids, HbA1c, CBC, Testosterone, SHBG, Prolactin, Oestradiol, FAI...and go from there.
Testosterone shots prescribed by my doctor caused my blood to thicken, which in turn gave me a heart attack. Men should be warned of the possible issues related to increasing their testosterone intake.
You're welcome Larry :) Yes, Vitamin D has been shown to help - good to get out in the sunshine. Do you mean is there too high a blood level of testosterone? Or if you are on replacement therapy is there too much you can have?
Normally the blood results just come back with a level like >52 nmol/L..ie it won't say an absolute reading over a certain point. It will give you a reference range of what normal levels should be you eg 9.0 - 25 nmol/L. If you are much higher than that, it is not good for the body long term. Side effects can be acne, high blood count (polycythaemia), prostate pathology and possible vascular disease.

Thank you, Dr. Sam! I'm inclined to believe you over many American doctors, who seem to be in bed with Big Pharma here. I feel that your information is more honest and not tainted by the 'need' to push drugs on patients.
Sam I really enjoy your videos and find them very informative. I was wondering do you think things like wild salmon oil capsules really help your joints and if not , is there anything that helps joint problems I’m not talking about arthritis I’m just talking about achy joints thank you.
Having had to climb stairs with a stiff leg made me try Glucosamines+Chondroitin after 2 months of pain. It was said to help 85% of (early?) cases. After 5 weeks I was fine. Shell fish contains that stuff.
Hi Dr Sam, I've been doing responsible testosterone cycles as a regular athlete. I do cruise testosterone Enanthate ( long term use of testosterone year round) will this permanently shutdown my natural testosterone production?
@Hazlan 82, any form of exogenous Testosterone will switch off your natural testosterone production. The longer you do it, the more likely you will have prolonged suppression. In general, I don't advise testosterone supplementation for people who have testosterone in the normal range. However, I'm not an Endocrinologist - so if you are worried about the long term effects or want to come off Enanthate, you would probably need specialist advice.
I didn't understand anything Its just its like I got hypnotized by your smile and It felt like I just fell into a paused state I just see your beauty but did not hear what your were saying so I have to re do the video all over again. And again and again... :)

Thanks for this video. So vitamin D is good for testosterone? And can one have to much testosterone?
You're welcome Larry :) Yes, Vitamin D has been shown to help - good to get out in the sunshine. Do you mean is there too high a blood level of testosterone? Or if you are on replacement therapy is there too much you can have?
I am still waiting on blood work results myself. But was wondering the effects if the testosterone was above normal?
Normally the blood results just come back with a level like >52 nmol/L..ie it won't say an absolute reading over a certain point. It will give you a reference range of what normal levels should be you eg 9.0 - 25 nmol/L. If you are much higher than that, it is not good for the body long term.
Shell fish contains that stuff.
could you do a show on ED and divorce .. thank you … you are helping many 🤔
Thanks 🙏!!!

Not using it can be related to low testosterone?
