Curbtender on Garbage ~ Hopper view - Part 2

I know it's a 4 year old video, but it seems as if the trash carts he grabs at an angle empty their contents into the hopper with substantially less chance of spilling it on the lip, particularly if the bin is close to full or even a little overfilled. I wonder if I'm the only one to notice this?
