Going to send this to my wife. She's constantly complaining about Dayforce, and often figures out issues before she gets help from support. They didn't enroll 70 employees in health insurance at the beginning of the year(2025).
We can understand where you are coming from, but unfortunately, this level of help might not be feasible for most enterprise software vendors. You might want to work with consulting companies who may have premium support packages. Also, if you are a smaller company, Dayforce might be too big of a solution for you. Other smaller software vendors generally have SMB-friendly support.
