I love how this arrangement was put together. I really enjoyed at the top of the record when you had the band play the iconic, complex, and syncopated grooves from the Chili Pepper's tunes while the vocals used the simple melody from All Stars. It was a smart way to join two songs together that are in different genres of the same wheel house.

The recording and production on these mashups are just incredible! I'm sure we've all heard whole albums from major studios that don't sound half as good as this. Every instrument and vocal is crisp and clear throughout the song. It's really a testament to their skills as both musicians and *recording* artists.

These guys are soooo good that I can't wait to see what other songs they've mashed ... that i don't ever listen to the whole song cuz I click on another thumbnail of theirs on the side... every song is like a cool fresh breeze hitting me in the face for the first time! Amazing!

I love Nick and he's a mindblowingly good player (Bulletproof is one of the funkiest covers ever made because of him) but he doesn't really get the tone right here unfortunately. Not sure if it's him or this was a decision made by the band.

Great work by all! This is, IMHO, your best mashup to date. I love the contrast between the dark, funky rock groove and Nataly's sweet girl vocals. The only thing that could have made it better is a poppin' bass riff during the break. Thank you.

This is a perfect mashup. It takes songs that are already great on their own, mashes them up together, and best yet sounds great while telling a story. I'm sure it was unintentional but, go back and listen to this again and imagine a dreamer who's coming to make it big in California and a seasoned friend/producer/artist who knows how tough it is to make it out there. This was a great idea executed perfectly and created a whole new story in the process. Pomplamoose, you guys rock!

I can't listen to "Can't Stop" without half expecting it to start with "somebody once told me", it just fits to perfect.
