Not old until someone says" you look good for your age" then you are old, or people open doors for you. I am 78 and get that a lot. Still upright and still ride my bike.
I'm right behind you brother, almost 70. And still cruising. In fact just bought a new Royal Enfield Super Metor. Not ready to get old I keep telling my daughter 😅😊.
hi Runa. Itchy Boots and Million Dollar Bogen now has competition. Very nice vids. Subscribed and looking forward for new vids. Ride safe. Greetings from Switzerland.
I’ve just finished watching Itchyboots ride to Alaska and am so glad to have found your videos…..an interesting comparison and I think I’m going to be hooked!
Wow, nice riding. Lets hope you write about the beautiful natural scenes that you passed along. The cows might have so much feeling to your minds too, I think so. May God be with you always.
Another beautiful episode. Loved the background music as that synced with the visuals flowingly and those ending whispers, damn!! That was good!!! 👍 Cheers from Motomax 2.0... Peace ✌️
Ichty Boot's Nordic. How can you dislike that :). I live in Denmark and have also visit Norway on mc in 2019. Great country, and spectacular scenery. Ride safe.
It is so good to see you and Nora Lee do so much solo motorcycling around the world. I believe I heard you mention that you do not have a lot of off-road experience. My encouragement to you would be to try and find some off-road training and even trials bike training. it is unbelievable how much this benefits bike riders on the road. Prayers for your safety and enjoy the ride.
Trying to get caught up, watching out of order, ha! You encountered lots of animals on the road - don't have an issue with that in the states, except Yellowstone and the Buffalo! 😊
Stay safe on helmet, jacket , shoes, and eyes.. thats truee , not to stay safe Covid.. I don't knowed Is Covid.. kamuuuu yg membuat2 berita Covid Covid yaaaaa????
This beats itchyboots. Love how calm you are, not all shouting and silly, really nice. Nice how the cow answered 'Suuuuuure!' to your question to pass 😄 Nice mint colour details on the jacket, looks lovely. Will be checking your vids out. Keep rolling. Best regards from Denmark 👊🏻
Thank you Anders, that must be the compliment that beats all compliments for a motorcycle vlogger 😄🤜🤛 Maybe I have skilles as a cow-whisperer? 😂 Thanks for watching and have a great sunday!
I love ur vids no drama just touring seeing ur beautiful country you are always upbeat love it you are doing a great job . OMG my late grandpa martinson is from Lillehammer came over to here in Canada in 1920 . Please keep making these great vids Be safe !!
Hi little tip about the pivot turn on your kickstand, it's even easier to turn it front side around instead of rear :D Enjoying the series, keep it up! & beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing.
@@OffSheGoesADV Can steering lock the front and keep the front wheel planted, helps with the turn! No problem! Keen to see your adventure unfold in future eps.
Hello Runa, as someone who likes your country and the people, I had to come across your channel at some point. I really enjoy watching your videos. Wonderfully calm. Usually, and that for 30 years, i come to Norway for fishing. But next year i will drive the Rv/Fv 17 from Steinkjer to Bodø with my Africa Twin, and then to the Lofoten. Because of your videos, i can't wait. Stay healthy, take care! Varme hilsener fra Tyskland, Dirk
Oh that is awesome! You are going to love it, that is one of the most beautiful and scenic roads we have in Norway 😄 I did it myself last year and I definitely going back!
Hi Runa, Thank you very much for your enjoyable videos ... they are very inspiring to visit your country one day & going for a bike adventure, e.g. to Cross beautiful Norway all the way up & down to the Nordkap & back ... your are so unbelievable authentic & that makes you sooo adorable ... Thank you again ... take care ...
Thank you 😊 Mick! That is very nice of you. I am glad maybe I can motivate more bikers to go out do that adventure they have been wanting to do for a long time. Thank you for watching! Have a great weekend 😊
The first time I encountered sheep sleeping in the middle of the road in Norway I thought there had been a road accident and they were dead. I was just about to park the bike and look for a farmer to get help when they got up and walked off! It's interesting what the effect the level of traffic has. In Scotland they jump into your path on the road. I Wales, where it's busier, they usually jump out of the road. Just a sheepy observation. 🙂
Wow what a great vid, thanks for the content, very enjoyable. Norway has been on my list of countries to visit forever so this was cool to watch. Happy travels!!!
I just now found your channel and you have a great adventure planned and underway! Excellent videography and I enjoy your pace! Thanks for sharing. Ride safe! New subscriber here! 😊
To turn your bike on your center stand, first lift the rear wheel until your bike is balanced. (you can then easily hold it with one hand) Then you pull the front wheel up until it is back in balance. When you let go of your hands, he should almost stay on his center stand. Then you hardly have to use any force to turn it. Grt from Belgium, sometimes Sig / Vigeland.
WounderfuWounderfull scenries as always Runa. I stopped at the same camping in Forset on my trip, in a cabin though. I think I know what you are talking about in the end of the video, the point where you starts to losing the attention to the riding. I reached that point just before Lillehammer and when I reached Forset my attention was “all over the place”, mostly on to find a nice camping, and a car backed out from the neighbor house to the camping. I had to hit the brakes pretty hard. And as I already had to stop for the car I decided to stop at that camping, I just had to go to the next where I could turn around the bike and was almost hit by a tractor. So for me I think that it was a really wise thing to stop for the night. 😂
Great pictures! Just one thing; it says the first camping site did cost 400 kroner a night, and that is about 40 euro. Ride carefully especially up north in Norway, some parts of the trail are not safe. A couple rode in Finnmark and didn't see the ditch they fell into (check out early episodes of "Ride the Bean")
Thank you Erik! 😊 I just put the *40 euros there cause It sounded like I said 4 euros which was all wrong. I have seen all about Ride the Bean's accident. That was awful. We must all stay safe as best we can 🏍️
Am i witnessing the birth of the next 'Itchy Booths'? ❤️ Your content, great bike. I had to settle for an older Transalp, no regrets! You go girl, any questions?, I'ld be honoured to answer them, just a middle-aged Dutch guy wrenching on anything that puffs out the back.😋
If you get in trouble, just gas the f%@& out of it!! 😂😂 My philosophy also!!😎😎 Your bike is so pretty. I don’t see many Tenere’s in my part of the U.S., and they’re usually in the Yamaha blue color scheme. Pretty, but not as pretty as yours. I’m so glad I found your channel. Lots of fun!
