@@agatakawa3586 22 is such a good count. In 1 cycle? I pray these are my results. I just turned 33 but started the stimulation process when I was 32. Pray for me yall 🙏🏽💝
I'm 27, and my husband and I have been married for about a year. We have decided to start a family. Hard part is, for many reasons, I had a hysterectomy at 24. So, rewiring my brain that a family is possible has been an exciting challenge. That being said, your video helped answer so many thing for us!! So, thank you so much!!!! Lots of things I didn't know!
Hi! Thank you so much for this video in a month I have my appointment with my doctor to get a referral to see an egg freeze specialist. Thank you for talking about your experience.
I’m 29 and I’m worried because I’m in a pretty hectic medschool program that requires me to put all my attention to school. How did you go about dealing with the process and pain, while working and everything? Im worried that this is gonna make me sick and heavily affect my schoolwork. Im freezing my egg in the first place because I won’t graduate until I’m 33 and I can’t have a child any time soon 😢
@@kikithepupper6774 im sooooo late answering this but part of the reason is medical school the other part is I want to enjoy and live my life before settling down and having kids. You can do things with kids but I dont want to
I’m about to start 3rd year. I turn 30 in August. Stage IV endometriosis. I’m doing this right now during the break before clinicals start. It’s typically a 2 week process. I’m finessing student loans to get it done (low interested and no need to payback until after school). Way easier to throw the financial load at school debt, which is already insurmountable, rather than an entirely different pile of debt. I began planning in January to make sure it would be done within the window I needed it to. I am only able to do one cycle because of time (and money low key), but that’s why I’m doing it while I’m on 29. The goal is to not have to use them, but I can’t risk my endo freaking out and something happening. Plus my partner is military and we have to put in a tremendous amount of effort to match his work life with my future (ex. Residency) to decide when’s the best time to start trying. TBH, I’m trying to get preggo for 4th year lol.
I'm 39yrs turning 40 in another 7-8 months. I haven't even met the right one. Really contemplating the risks of getting my eggs frozen now vs going natural. Any advice?
I might have to do this… I’m 24 and I have two ovarian cysts that I might have to do surgery to remove and they maybe apart over my ovaries and my doctor said I may have to get a part of my overie removed
I know each girl is different , but I think it’s important to see the different side to egg freezing. I would say for the last 9 months as a lifestyle choice I have cut alcohol which does help with the weight gain, additionally helps with egg quality. Start taking the supplements asap. Coq10 vit D folic acid zinc but E …. Check with your dr what you need. Be conscious of your diet and that you are consuming nutritional food My biggest game changer was ice bath, consistently cold plunged for 110 days didn’t miss 1 day and it’s improved stress, follicle count and weight so much so I never gained on the egg freezing . And quickly lost the bloat. Even my dr was like whatever you’re doing keep doing it. Negatives a bit of hormonal acne on my chin but I’m counteracting that with laser and medical facials. My advice is do it, the earlier the better I agree sweet spot would be 28/29 ( I’m 35) I’m currently on round 2 started again this week ( first found Feb) Good luck to you all 🥚❄️💖
Thank you for this! It's interesting... when I adopted my pet, it increased my desire to be a mother. Since you have adopted Rosie, do you feel a new nurturing instinct? Or any change in your view of motherhood? (Just curious only)
5-10 pounds. not permanent. Area of abdomen near ovaries is swollen a bit. You are retaining fluids and advised after the procedure to do things to lessen the swelling like have electrolytes from Gatorade, etc
Any person (Karen) who speaks of "their journey" without travelling is a narcissist. Women don't talk enough? Did I hear that right? I hope your eggs freeze well and stay frozen and not get accidentally defrosted. $20,000 well spent I say.
You do not have to freeze any eggs.If you are marry and it is God's will for you to have children the natural way it will happen it is not a must that every woman will have a child. Who tell you because you freeze your eggs that will have a child. It is a waste of money. You don't have your like in your hand .Just stop trying to play God.
If God gives her the financial ability to do this procedure as well as create people that are able to make these things happen so that she can use it to her advantage then it’s in his will. 😅😴
@juliettetull stop telling people what to do and mind your own business. Some people can't have children right away due life circumstances, health issues etc. we don't live in the bronze age. People can make their own choices. You should worry about married couples who have children and don't take care of them that is where your concerns should be
Don’t give up, I just did my first cycle at 38 and had 26 mature eggs. A big dip in ability to get good results happens at 38. An even bigger dip beyond age 40. 36 is an ok age to do this
getting it done tomorrow. I have 16 eggs at almost 42!
I have 16 too!
Wonderful 🙏🏽💖
I had 22 at 42
Woow.. I am 34 and mine is scheduled in the next month. I want good results too🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thanks for the warning on the weight gain, soreness and feeling hormonal. I'm glad I can now mentally prepare myself for that.

Procedure is one third the price in Canada, so medical tourism.
What a beautiful story!! This was so insightful for if I ever decide to this. I love rescue dogs because really...who rescued who?
