Finally shaun evaristo taught diary at the ml classics workshop. great to finally learn this from the man himself instead of on youtube or being taught by anyone else. DIARY is my favorite piece of all time. been a gen2/the camp fan since forever. bay area stand up! THANKS SHAUN! do another classics workshop. You can make money and train people for years without ever making a new piece shaun! aha but don't stop "keep it movin"!
i love gentwo , some dance teams always lose the essance of hip hop by having different kind of themes in their performances but gentwo always remains true to the essance of hip hop , by the way song before the hyphe song is actually an instrumental of a song by maroon 5 the song is called "woman"

lol i hope you're not serious. not to diss teams like that, because they're great and all, but there's a big difference between actually dancing and acrobatics. you're probably one of those peeps who are into all the "flashy" typical moves that are shown all over the media and TFC. gen2's style is straight up raw. recognize.
lol kaba modern's style is nowhere near similar to gen2 in 2005, unless you're referring to them having musicality. but even back then only gen2 danced like this. in my opinion shaun basically taught thousands of people what musicality meant thru his choreography, especially in this performance.

All good groups have musicality. But the way they express it is similar through small intricate movements, and changing between rows.
