Chocolate cheese layer cake
材料:
巧克力部分:
A)牛油 200g,细砂糖 220g(可自行调整甜度)
B)蛋 4粒,低脂牛奶180g
C)面粉 250g发粉 1/2茶匙 ,可可粉 50g(粉类过筛)
拌好分成三份
Cheese 部分:
D)cream cheese 500g,幼糖 100g,蛋 3粒
拌好分成两份
8寸四方固底模具,大火烧开蒸笼,巧克力层蒸15-20分钟,芝士层蒸20-25分钟,蒸完取出要刮刀刮四边待凉才脱模。

250g Room temperature butter
220g Caster sugar (can decrease sugar level)
4 nos A size eggs
180ml Low fat milk
250g Plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g Coco powder
(Sieve all flours)
Separate to 3 batches after mixed
Cheese part:
500g Room temperature cream cheese
100g Caster sugar
3 nos A size eggs
8 inches square pan, Separate to 2 batches after mixed, boiled steamer, steam chocolate part 15-20 minutes, cheese 20-25 minutes, after cake cooked cut the edge and upside down to take out cake from mold.
