You're a saint. Thank you for this. Please continue these presentations from what each ingredient (like cocopeat) can do to the creation of soil recipes for starting seeds, transplanting seeds, and growing medium or adding nutrients to growing plants. This video is great. Please keep going.
Thank you so much for this!!! As a person who watched you when being 11 and now is 14! I have grown with your channel, having grown 20-25 plants! Right now we are renovating our house , and you know you're a plant parent when you are so excited to have more new plants!! Haha😂♥️♥️thanks for making me be in love with them!😊😊♥️♥️and I used to always comment on your videos..with an another account. Simply explained in a beautiful way. Thank you😊🙏also congrats on your new place😊 xx
Thank you. I’m using it for the first time as part of a mix for succulents. Very helpful. For the succulents, making a 60% coco-peat/40% vermiculite soil blend. I also have mesembs, which require a less organic base. So different mix I’m making including pumice. As succulents are prone to rot if the medium is too moist, I will let the coco-peat dry out a little more from its initial soak (as demo’d in the video), before mixing with the vermiculite. Lastly, will use a few time-release fertilizer pellets per pot. These pellets are made specifically for succulents. Still debating whether I’ll add a small amount of bone meal to the mix. About the video. I liked the presentation very much. Only distraction I noticed was the sound level of the music, which was about the same level as your voice. Ought to be at much a softer level after the Intro or before the extro .
Very good information.... My clay soil has become soggy after using cocopeat....... So my plant has died ....can you give some remedy ...... Most of the plant I get from nearby nursery are having clay red soil. How to use cocopeat with such soil... please guide ..... I love your channel ....
Exactly the same problem....my soil became soggy and plants died too especially china palm...is it to be added to all plants or are there some variations ..?
@@aishwaryarao5421, you need to first remove the red soil or clay soil tip dip your plant root ball in a bucket of water and leave it for 10 minutes then the clay and red soil will be easy to remove then create a new potting mix
