I played RTCW from the day it came out in November of 2001and still go back every once in awhile to pick off a few of my favorite bad guys. I also play other games and have had many years of excitement on Fallout 3 and 4. Thanks for the memories.

What did you use to get widescreen support? I’m on a 21:9 UW monitor and used IORTCW like is recommended, but the screen is off in some way when I actually set the game to 1080 or 1440.

I can now play in fullscreen 1080p on my 34 inch (2K) UW, and can play 1440p with black bars on the side. I can live with that, but am still trying to see if there’s any way I can play in 3440x1440 (no mod) without the FOV being off. I may not be able to, if not that’s okay. Just a downside of having an UW I guess. What size monitor do you use and what setting are you playing on (I assume 3820x2160)?
@anemicroyalty8764 hi 👋, look, I don’t exactly remember how I did it, but I remember there was a way to change a notepad file, at its exact line location to your desired resolution. I found out that by searching on the internet. You may find that solution so you can set that parameter exactly as your monitor resolution. Years ago and I don’t remember which site, but I did that manually for 4k. 🙏
