That concludes Forgotten Classics for this offseason, thank you all for watching! I've got more content on the way as we get closer towards Opening Day!
Lego and trusted his ace and honestly I feel some pitchers now could do this too but managers won’t let them. Come postseason if I was a pitcher I’d wanna go as far as I could
How about taking out Max Scherzer in Game 6 in the 7th with the Tigers still up 3-2? Scherzer could have finished that Inning and the Grand Slam by Shane Victorino would've not occurred. The best decision Jim Leland made in 2013 was to step down as Tigers Manager.
As an Angels fan, this video reminds me of the great core we used to have. Lackey, Hunter, and Napoli were some of my favorite players to watch growing up and I was sad to see them go. Nevertheless, great video as always!
I was raised in Montebello, and I remember the countless times I would drive on the Santa Ana Freeway(I-5) South to go to Anaheim Stadium. John Lackey was a beast! The Red Sox were smart in getting him, the same can be said about Mike Napoli.
Ima Sox fan and I still don’t know how tf we beat your team in 2013, your pitching staff absolutely bullied us in the first few games, we only won because of very VEERYY clutch hits it’s insane
I believe Yankees-Blue Jays August 14th, 2015 is certainly worthy of a “forgotten classic video”. Jays were in the middle of their second 11 game winning streak of the year, tied for first place with the Yankees, they were red hot with their newest trade deadline acquisitions. 3-0 Jays in the 8th, Yankees come back for 4 runs capped off by Beltran’s clutch 3-run shot. In the 9th inning that battle between Andrew Miller and Troy Tulowitzki is one of the best ever. A true classic.
This is a a great series but the fact that we’re 40 episodes in and Rockies Padres tiebreaker game 2007 hasn’t made it should be illegal, not saying the other choices don’t deserve their own videos
exe i have 2 questions: 1. if you ever get the chance this season can you do the A’s vs Yankees game from 9/1/2019? yankees hit back to back homeruns to win the game 5-4 down 4-0 2. can you do a face reveal?m

Noooooo but thank u this was always something I was waiting for on Saturdays
Sounds good.!! Hopefully Baseball mlb season start earlier at end of March.?
It is absolutely insane that Leyland sent Verlander back out for the 8th at 112 pitches. He is insane now, but he was on another level back then.
This was Verlander in his Prime! And the Tigers bullpen that time was very shaky
Live by verlander die by him
Worked out, didn’t give up anything plus Verlander was a stud

man I miss early 2010s’ baseball

this one’s a classic
Dare I say, a forgotten one
Lackey and Lester were such bulldogs during this postseason run
Another game you posted where the Tigers lost…I will never forget this series until we win another championship. Might be waiting for a while…

Mike Napoli tagged Justin Verlander's 100th Pitch for that Home Run.
Two Angels(John Lackey and Mike Napoli) won this game for the Red Sox.
Tazawa striking out Miguel Cabrera is probably the most clutch and gutsiest strikeout I've ever seen in my life
Mike Napoli carried the Red Sox on his back during the 3 games played at Detroit.
For John Lackey to put out such a pitching performance after a long rain delay was beyond incredible.
the whole series was classic
honestly game one of this series is super forgotten the tigers had a no hitter that was broken up with 1 out in the ninth
Ideas for a forgotten classic: Games 2 3 or 5 of the 2017 nlds Chc vs Was
Great vids bro
do one of the London series games
That tigers team had like 7 Cy young winners and never won anything
Are you doing March and April recap this year.??
Another good forgotten one could be Mother’s Day 2017 brewers vs Mets
0:43 11 years ago ? More like 21 years ago 💔
Crazy to say but man, I miss the Buck and McCarver tandem

Amazing 😍
August 17th, 2019, Nationals vs. Brewers.
Anyone else notice Mike Napoli change pants?🤔
Love me some scrappy baseball
exe i have 2 questions:
1. if you ever get the chance this season can you do the A’s vs Yankees game from 9/1/2019? yankees hit back to back homeruns to win the game 5-4 down 4-0
2. can you do a face reveal?m
2021 NLDS game 3 next
Can you choose a classic where the tigers actually win for a change?
He did Game 4 of the 2013 ALDS where they came back against the A’s. But he is a White Sox fan so I think he likes doing this to us 😂
Hahaha it's not intentional I swear
Or game 5 of the 2015 Nlds Dodgers Nats
Braves vs Giants 2010 ALDS game 2
Orioles yankees ADLS in 2011
Miggy and Prince were non factors in this series.
Jeez..the worst offensive I seen from the tigers that year
So apparently we are calling a 1-0 game that wasn't a walkoff or a clincher a classic
Yeah because it was a crucial playoff game and an amazing pitchers dual
This is a great game. If u don’t think so then u don’t know baseball
fucking uehara man
dude was absolutely lights out and I knew if we didn't have a lead come the 8th or 9th game was over
