It is absolutely insane that Leyland sent Verlander back out for the 8th at 112 pitches. He is insane now, but he was on another level back then.

This was Verlander in his Prime! And the Tigers bullpen that time was very shaky

Worked out, didn’t give up anything plus Verlander was a stud

Lego and trusted his ace and honestly I feel some pitchers now could do this too but managers won’t let them. Come postseason if I was a pitcher I’d wanna go as far as I could

How about taking out Max Scherzer in Game 6 in the 7th with the Tigers still up 3-2? Scherzer could have finished that Inning and the Grand Slam by Shane Victorino would've not occurred.
The best decision Jim Leland made in 2013 was to step down as Tigers Manager.

I believe Yankees-Blue Jays August 14th, 2015 is certainly worthy of a “forgotten classic video”. Jays were in the middle of their second 11 game winning streak of the year, tied for first place with the Yankees, they were red hot with their newest trade deadline acquisitions. 3-0 Jays in the 8th, Yankees come back for 4 runs capped off by Beltran’s clutch 3-run shot. In the 9th inning that battle between Andrew Miller and Troy Tulowitzki is one of the best ever. A true classic.

Lackey and Lester were such bulldogs during this postseason run

For John Lackey to put out such a pitching performance after a long rain delay was beyond incredible.

As an Angels fan, this video reminds me of the great core we used to have. Lackey, Hunter, and Napoli were some of my favorite players to watch growing up and I was sad to see them go. Nevertheless, great video as always!

I was raised in Montebello, and I remember the countless times I would drive on the Santa Ana Freeway(I-5) South to go to Anaheim Stadium.
John Lackey was a beast! The Red Sox were smart in getting him, the same can be said about Mike Napoli.

Ima Sox fan and I still don’t know how tf we beat your team in 2013, your pitching staff absolutely bullied us in the first few games, we only won because of very VEERYY clutch hits it’s insane

  • @Jiltedin2007

Mike Napoli tagged Justin Verlander's 100th Pitch for that Home Run.

Tazawa striking out Miguel Cabrera is probably the most clutch and gutsiest strikeout I've ever seen in my life

Two Angels(John Lackey and Mike Napoli) won this game for the Red Sox.

Mike Napoli carried the Red Sox on his back during the 3 games played at Detroit.

This is a a great series but the fact that we’re 40 episodes in and Rockies Padres tiebreaker game 2007 hasn’t made it should be illegal, not saying the other choices don’t deserve their own videos

    exe i have 2 questions:
    1. if you ever get the chance this season can you do the A’s vs Yankees game from 9/1/2019? yankees hit back to back homeruns to win the game 5-4 down 4-0
    2. can you do a face reveal?m
