Edo Governorship Petition Tribunal: PDP Witnesses Say Election Well-Conducted, Allege Overvoting

- The People's Democratic Party's witnesses at the ongoing Edo State governorship election petition tribunal say that the election was well-conducted, but insisted that there was over voting.
They testified Friday during the resumed proceedings in Abuja.
Judicial correspondent Joseph Kadiri reports that both witnesses admit that they do not know how to operate the BVAS machine.

The explanation from the APC was done either out of ignorance or mischief; the PDP agent answered the question intelligently, he was not supposed to know how to operate the BVAS as he rightly answered.
@omorose really you understand logic, law and court proceedings. Those PDP witnesses are really compounding problems, you'll come to testify but you're not the maker of the document, you'll claim over voting but many of the votes tallies when calculated in your presence, you'll deposit affidavit in January and claim it was in October. Agabi SAN representing INEC is veteran. INEC paying to have him means they're really prepared to stop Asue
