This is just my openion but I'f ur getting dizzy often u could have low BP or anaemia or u body might not be getting sufficient calories. sleep is also very essential again I'm not a doctor I'm just speaking from what I have seen or experienced 🙂 if dizziness is a regular occurrence it's better to see a doc.
