I’ve learned it’s better for me to not have many people in my life. Maybe I have walls up but I feel like it’s better than being stressed or putting on faces for people when I don’t feel like it. I love being an independent and solitary person. I live with my boyfriend and sometimes I still wanna be alone! I’m glad more people feel this way. I thrive in my alone time.❤

So relate to this, just finished my period & absolutely love my alone time + solitude! Currently don’t have many people in my life aside from my family, but I’m finding that I really don’t mind it at all! I thrive being by myself and I love it 😌🤍

I like your videos. I do hope I am able to share my skin journey with you. Since I eat no milk (dairy cheese) none! No sugar no e-numbers. So no candy or milky unhealthy chocolates. I have dark chocolate with cane sugar as my only suger item. And obviously fruit with natural sugar. Not much processed food other then my ketchup and hummus and falafel occasionally. For the most part I cook and eat whole foods. Make meals with rice potatoes etc. And I do eat meat only organic chicken and I eat fish.
So super clean. I also eat little gluten..so not much bread in the week. And mj skin has nothing. It's healthy no pimples nothing. It looks amazing. I think a facial or anything isn't necessarily at these expensive places. I think eating healthy is the key.
Healthy bowls is healthy skin.
You get use to it. If I now eat anything with sugar I dislike it a lot. Way to sweet.
