Before someone has any confusion over the English word "LORD" used for Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) in this beautiful Qasida, let me give clarification from Merriam Webster dictionary:
Amongst definitions of word Lord are: a ruler by hereditary right or preeminence to whom service and obedience are due
Another definition: obsolete : the male head of a household
Also: a man of rank or high position
Also: used as part of an official title "Lord Advocate" "Lord Mayor"

This was written by a tabi tabeen who was sick at the time
When he slept Mohammad pbuh came in his dream he kept his hand on his body(half of the body)
And gave him a gift of chaddar
When he woke up the chadder (bed sheet) was beside him and he was cured from sickness

If you listen carefully they are all saying the same thing in 5 different languages.
Lord is the translation here for sayid which means can also be translated as leader.Sayid is one of Huzoor(P.B.U.H)'s name.Secondly in Urdu it is said sarkar-e-do-jahan which again means leader of both the worlds.
@toofanibreeze Ibn Taymiyyah is a contemprory scholar! He isn't Ahle Sunnah scholar, so don't quote him to people of Fiqa! :)
This Qaseeda is written by an extreme lover of Nabi(saw), During paralysis, after which he was miraculously cured, not by the ones who preach that Nabi(saw) should be loved just like an elder brother!
