Read genesis if you want biblical proof that the first sabbath was the 7th day. Humanity was created on the 6th day and spent the first Sabbath with their creator. What's so difficult? God blessed the 7th day because He rested from his work of creation. Adam and Eve participated it the rest and the blessing. The 4th commandment starts with remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Why? What was to be remembered? Not that we shouldn't work or compel others to work. The remembering is in Ex. 20:11. God rested, blessed, and hallowed. What would the point of that be if it didn't involve us? It's not complicated.
And Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath and Sabbath was made for man. Sabbath was made for rest. Lord's day was made for worship on the first day of the new creation.
The sabbath IS the Lords day. Where is your biblical proof to prove that Sunday is the Lords day? These 3 scriptures solve the matter Mark 2:27-28 Isaiah 58:13-14 Exodus 20:8-11
Did Adam and Eve have to work 6 days in order to be able to keep the 4th commandment? No. The commandment merely says that 6days of the week are for working but the 7th day is holy and no work is to be done. Mark 2:27-28 it was given to them, yes right after they were created.
The commandment says the Sabbath is “the seventh day” and not Adam and Eve’s seventh day. That’s a good subtlety though to point out that it wasn’t “man’s seventh day” but it still remains God’s seventh day. The word of God is clear and the commandment is clear, but that the Sabbath was or is the 1st day requires some desperate stretch because the Bible never clearly teaches the Sabbath is ever the 1st day. If something so important as any of the commandments being changed then God would have made it abundantly clear. But instead we see the opposite. But what we see is a whole lot of insincere people trying to justify their man-made tradition which sets itself above God’s law. And that is what is truly blasphemous.
Hello Brother, You are correct. The first Sabbath on earth is what this pastor is talking about. The Sabbath has been in existence in eternity past. I am sorry he shared it the way he did. But I can tell you as a Seventh Day Adventist that the "way" he shared this was a mistake.

Now a days people believe that resting on the Sabbath day was wrong. They can't con not differentiate spiritual rest and physical rest, spiritual rest in christ physical rest on Sabbath day from daily work, Spirtual rest in Christ should be every day but as God told us we are suppose to do our own work 6 days but the 7th day rest is also for our God because God is the one told us to rest physically... Even Moses, Isaiah and so many other believers and prophets were also resting on the Sabbath day while spiritually resting in Christ. The preacher should remember Hebrews chapter 4, and find out that we rest in Jesus. He is our sabbath. Come on SDAs study, they told us at their meetings to study us wrong, and we shall find them right! So what is the matter when the membership wants to study and finds out. There is no truth to be found.
Is it True SDA Church teaches Satan expiates sins?
Yes.
No
If you ask them that question, they'll say no. But they clearly teach Satan is the final sin-bearer. From the official SDA website:
In the ultimate cleansing of sin from the universe, there will be a final scapegoat. Satan, the arch-deceiver, will bear all the sins which he has caused God’s people to commit, not in connection with their salvation but to suffer retribution for his role as the author of sin. When the sanctuary in Heaven is cleansed and the pre-advent phase of judgment is finished, those sins will be transferred to Satan as part of his condemnation and final punishment.
The answer to your question is no. But before I answer your question more fully, please tell me, according to what you have studied, what do YOU understand by "expiate"? And how many times according to the Bible does Jesus "expiates" for our sins or the sin problem?

"Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work."
☝️🙄 Is this a command?
☝️🙄 Did Adam & Eve labour 6 days?
@@wingchun1963
Jesus continued to say "....not man for the sabbath".
The sabbath IS the Lords day. Where is your biblical proof to prove that Sunday is the Lords day? These 3 scriptures solve the matter
Mark 2:27-28
Isaiah 58:13-14
Exodus 20:8-11

Resting on the Sabbath day doesn't mean that we are not resting in Christ..

@@Phatdog5607 I’ve gone over this in great detail many times. Maybe it’s you that’s ill informed.
The “heavenly trio” isn’t the God of the Bible. The Adventist Jesus isn’t the Jesus of scripture nor history. God the Father doesn’t have a physical body by nature. There are a mountain of evidences that the Adventist god(s) are not the God of the Bible nor the God that Christian’s worship and adore.
Just because Adventists use the name “Jesus” doesn’t mean you’re talking about the right one. Mormons also believe in a Jesus. Jehovahs Witnesses believe in a Jesus.
Paul warned in 2 Corinthians 11:1-4 that there are false Jesus’s people can believe in. Simply using that name isn’t enough. And when one examines the Adventist Jesus, it’s very clear it isn’t the Jesus of the Bible or history. It’s a Jesus that’s informed by the fiction of the Great Controversy worldview.
You're just making claims but no Biblical proof. Devil really has gotten into you can tell with that hate you have. Repent lest you be accused
@answeringadventism The Jesus I believe in is very much the Jesus of the Bible. He is the only begotten of the Father. You would need to provide proof over assertion to be credible. Asserting something to be true doesn't make it true.
