- Shipova (Sorbopyrus) is a cross between a European pear and European mountain ash or whitebeam (Sorbus aria). It has an exceptional flavor and texture, making it one of the very best fruits for fresh eating at this time of year.
This is the BEST NURSERY EVER. Been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They always have had generous sized, healthy plants. I won't buy from anywhere else.
I'm planning to buy a baby shipova from your nursery approximately how many years do they take to fruit from this graft?
Pozdrawiam z Polski. Są pyszne.
How long till fruit . Thanks T.
2-3 yrs. if grafted on a quince rootstock.
Hi there, can you sell me some seeds, I'm in New Zealand we don't have this tree, and I can't find seed online, short of that I will have to breed my own version that might take sometime. Cheers for the video!!
I think this or similar to a delicious apple/pear here in Aus known as *Papple*
