Does it cleans corners or joints/junctions of floor and walls? As video shows body (roller cover) of the Mop n Vac is ahead of roller. Roller may not reach up to joints.

They have partnered with Bissell. This is just a rebranded Bissell Crosswave . You can check those reviews as well. Only con is that it leaves edges given roller isn't edge to edge. The cleaning mechanism is very hygenic given it only uses clean water. Love it!
Hello...I used it today and was quite impressed... I cleaned my kitchen which was very messy.. then 4 bedrooms.. finally when I was coming to living room I could see dirty water pooling under the machine...also it wasn't cleaning properly.. with every swipe it was leaving dirty water on floor...and sometimes in between tiles it hits the gap. . I don't know how to explain.. maybe flooring iS uneven I don't know...it gives a different sound.. a deeper one.. we switch it off then start again it's fine..have you faced this??? Can u help me??
If u r getting different sound it means u have to empty the dirty water which is full.there is mark also written there.since u have a big house so u have to empty ur dirty water container in between ur cleaning .

P yes ,we can order and they will deliver it .through channel or eureka Forbes online site.their is auto cleaning system for brush cleaning . They will provide one tray that I mention in video and pour some water on the tray and run the machine .

Hi Krupa, It takes 35-40 mins in my home (3 bhk). Yes definitely it will clean all dust from the floor as well mop .This machine can pick grains,curry leaves, pieces of biscuits,coriander leaves, potatoes peels ,chilies etc.i am using it daily and it is good replacement of maid for cleaning.Yes it saves our time and energy ...if maid is doing then also we have to wait her to complete work and if we does with this mop n vac then its not very tiring.

The machine is not reliable and will stop working within two or three months please do not waste your time trying this machine trust me the customer care is really bad these days

This is a cheap Chinese knockoff of Bissell Crosswave. Do not buy. Eureka Forbes is a shady company. If you want the real thing, go for Bissell Crosswave. It will last for decades. I have a Hoover Floormate, 11 years old and still going strong.
This is worst product from Eureka Forbes. In few months roller got damaged and the spares are expensive and we couldn't get spares on time. Sales executives say that there is warranty and guarantee to that product. Once they sold the product then they will not listen customer's complaint.

Horrible experience; Initially the machine delivery was delayed; The machine was running okay for a while and then the suction stopped working; we complained on August 1, 2020, the service engineer visited and diagnosed the problem with the sensor; promised to replace within a couple of days and now it's more than 25 days. Escalated the complaint on all the email id mentioned in the website; no resolution till date. The salesperson who was in all praise for the equipment; is not answering calls and not responding to messages. Friends, Purchase at your own risk.

Can I use Lizol or any other commonly used home care disinfectant in it ?

This is a cheap Chinese knockoff of Bissell Crosswave. Do not buy. Eureka Forbes is a shady company. If you want the real thing, go for Bissell Crosswave. It will last for decades. I have a Hoover Floormate, 11 years old and still going strong.

This is worst product from Eureka Forbes. In few months roller got damaged and the spares are expensive and we couldn't get spares on time. Sales executives say that there is warranty and guarantee to that product. Once they sold the product then they will not listen customer's complaint.

Horrible experience; Initially the machine delivery was delayed; The machine was running okay for a while and then the suction stopped working; we complained on August 1, 2020, the service engineer visited and diagnosed the problem with the sensor; promised to replace within a couple of days and now it's more than 25 days. Escalated the complaint on all the email id mentioned in the website; no resolution till date. The salesperson who was in all praise for the equipment; is not answering calls and not responding to messages. Friends, Purchase at your own risk.
