Impressive, I had plan to make a furnace for myself for ages, and I think you project is the smartest one I saw till today. As soon as I get all materials I will make one for me ! Thankyou for sharing
Very nicely done, thanks for showing some nice workmanship. I like your approach to insulation, I've looked at many plans, and think perhaps that is the easiest way to go.
Thank you for mentioning the safety of ceramic fiber 🙂but you forgot to mention that it’s also not good to breathe it in. Please wear a respirator when handling or cutting ceramic fiber! 🎉
Thank uuu so much bro great help... i wonder how to choose the heating element wire and u turn it and make it a coil too.. is it that simple or i should learn more ?
Please looking for Kanthal A1 - 16GA or 1.29mm diameter (Links should be in my description). It is very simple to make the coil, please checkout VOG channel, he did show us how to make it step by step. Cheers bro !
Big warning on make sure you bleed out the propane alllllllll the way before you start to cut the tank. EVEN THOUGH YOU CANT HEAR THE AIR RUSHING OUT THE TANK DOSNT MEAN THERE ISNT ANY 👍🏾 STAY SAFE
A great tutorial on how to build an electric furnace/kiln. If you you use 3 legs instead of 4 it will never rock on an uneven floor.
Very well done. Thanks for the detailed build.
Nice all around video man. Good job

Cheers ! ^^
you're the best
Great build. Some good ideas. However did you electrically insulate the two main electrode connections on the side of the furnace body ?
Great edit ! I like it !
Thank you 😍
Sei un grande
Great video, was curious to see how you'd approach the insulation issue. Very nicely made once again, keep up the great work!
Thank you David 👌
can this also be used as burnout kiln? looks like the concept of the build is the same, maybe just change to PID?
How long does It take to get aroud 750 degrees Celsius? Thank you
