My knees and hips may be knackered but this gets me reliving happy memories of the Nighters I used to attend back in the day as I shuffle around the kitchen. Great CHOOON.
@@drwhatson .......Yup! Once again the post-1978 'Wigan brigade' claim yet another early NS/Cats classic as their own! I don't know whether to laugh or cry Dave.

I don't know if it's the meth and Afrin hits or just that plain old soul but one thing I know is I've got a wicked nosebleed! Thanks Wigan you've been great.

you can get a cable for about £80 that allows alot less compression its like sacd but sounds better done from vinyl.combine that with an isolation platform for your record deck.which vastly improves analogue records before the sound reaches the amp & you got the best possible uploads from vinyl on utube.
Yours may be the best comment on this thread, because it reflects great love for great music. I used to hang with disco/post-disco era DJs, and they were a wonderful, perfectionist and slightly deranged bunch who taught me that art is an endlessly changing thing that regardless worldly troubles can sustain you until the day you die.
@@ptownfreddy im a guitarist but thank you for the comment analogue vinyl is my passion.but very glad to see many labels are still making analogue 45,s.
@@martinwillbye2423 ......Totally agree! It really saddens me that clubs like the Catacombs, Plaza Oldhill, Pendulum, Up the Junction and Chateau Impney get so little recognition - whilst Wigan [which let's face it was dreadful post 1976-77] is so revered! It wasn't even the best all-nighter - and some of the sounds they were playing were absolute pants! [Hawaii 5-0 and Joe 90 themes FFS!] The Cats and the Torch played a much more important role in the development of NS and in NS music. The standard of Cat's DJ's was amazing ['Froggie', Alan S, Blue Max, Soul Sam, Pep etc] And as a result, the quality of music was excellent.
The finest record to ever come out of New Jersey!!
