For organic growth, use hashtags (10-15 hashtags only) which are related to your niche. And just be consistent!
Being consistent doesn't mean you have to post daily.

its provided by them, you just have to download and print it put
Shipping labels are auto-genetated once you schedule a pickup. You just have to fill in the correct details about the customer and delivery address. Once its generated you have to print it and stick it on the package.

Yes, you can. For international shipping you need to choose their other plans.
International shipping is not available in the basic plan.

Hey, it is. There are mixed reviews about them. But I personally haven't faced any issue with them till now. It's been more than 2 years I am using this platform.
You can give it a try.
To avoid any further issues try shipping with a known courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Expressbee.

Ek question tha apse. Mere pass gst nhi hai. Agar hum adhar card use krte hai ship rocket me to invoice and ya koi aur problem to nhi hoti hai. Without gst is it safe to ship?
Hey, if you are starting up snd beginning hai toh gst no. Ki jarurat nahi hai. Mene bhi bina gst number se account banaya hai, gst number is not necessary to open an account on Shiprock. But agar apka business bada hai toh it's advisable to get a gst number.

The amount which the courier company asks is for just one order? AND in the video it was shown that the charge os 112 so we will be the one paying or the customer?
Yes, You will have to pay individually for each parcel, the charges depends on the weight & location of delivery. If the weight is below 500g than the charges vary between 40-80rs. and if the weight is more than 500g than the charges gets higher.
And yes the shipping charges has to be taking from the customer or you can include the shipping charges in your products itself.

Hello Anuja, can we print label, invoice and manifest by selecting Pickup later because i don't have a printer so it will take time to print and come etc. I want to keep it packed with label and manifest so whenever they come pickup its ready.
Yes, you can schedule the pickup whenever you want.. If not on same day, than you can select the pickup date when you want it to be done. There is an option for selecting pickup dates.

If you are creating an account on shiprocket, just use your brand name or your own name.

Hey, For packing air dry clay or any other jewelleries you can use bubble wrap to wrap around the piece and than use a box for packing them for shipping. If there is some space left in the box after you put the product in it, fill that space with newspaper so that the product will stay in place inside the box and this will help in less damage in transit. Hey I was going through the rate calculator of shiprocket, there the estimated delivery time is showing 14-15 days for out of state under 60-80rs. Does your packages also takes this much time to get delivered or is there any faster way for it?
Not all takes that much time, within 4-5 days it gets delivered but yes few delivery locations takes 15 days too.

How do i provides traking ID to customers?
Once you schedule a pickup. An automated shipping label slip is generated which you have to print and stick it on the package as it has all the details about the delivery address. You will find the tracking ID on that same label, which you can send to your customers.

You need to print the label & stick it on the package.
Please answer my question ..... generally businesses charge 60 to 70₹ for delivery and shiprocket is charging more than 100₹ then aapka toh loss ho gaya? Please explain this
Shiprocket doesn't charge for shipping. The rates shown on the site are charged by that particular shipping company.
If the delivery is in nearby states, the charges may differ from ₹60-80.
And if delivery location dur hai toh they might charge ₹100+.
Also one more thing, the charges also depend on the package weight. So, some companies might charge you ₹60-80 per 500g for XYZ location if you exceed the weight, they may charge you more for the same location.
Here's the tip to avoid any shipping loss:
Once your customer confirms the order. Ask them their delivery address Pincode.
Check the shipping charges for that pincode using the shipping rate calculator tool on shiprocket.
They will show you the list of shipping companies with their charges.
Choose the one which you like. Now, whatever the charges are mentioned by the company, tell the same to your customer.
If customers are ok with the charges, they will proceed further.

Hey, yes you can use phone to schedule a pickup. Shiprocket also have a mobile app. But after you schedule a pickup order. You will be needing to print out the shipping label. That you will have to get done from your nearest stationery/printing shop if you don't have a printer at home.

So the grey packing bag has an outer transparent pocket for the shipping label

If you choose the same courier company for all the packages than yes, all the packages will be pickedup by one guy. If you chosse multiple courier companies than different pickup guys will come for the particular company which you have chosen

Hey, there is an option for canceling the shipment but
1.if you have already scheduled the pickup and once the pickup person is out for pickup than you can't cancel the order. You have to send the pickup person back by saying that the package is not ready for shipping after that you can cancel. And yes the shipping charges are added back to your wallet.
2. If you have already dispatch the package than it can't be canceled. Your customer has to refuse to accept the package so that it gets returned to you.
And here you don't get the Shipping charges back as the shipping and delivery process was done.

Hey, you will have to measure the weight of your package on a weight measuring machine.
If you have one you can use that or you can ask your nearby shopkeeper to weight your package.
It's not that important to fill the exact same weight in the shipping form. An approximate number would also do.

Hey, yes you can ship from home. You just have to set your home address as your pickup address. Once you do that all your orders will get picked up from your home by the pickup person.
