I had a 90% winrate with this surprising new token hunter deck for the new hearthstone expansion, showdown in the badlands! Hunter showdown in the badlands was so much fun to play and this new hunter hearthstone deck felt very strong too! This hunter hearthstone is also similar to highlander hunter hearthstone or arcane hunter hearthstone and even hound hunter hearthstone. I've done a REALLY similar deck 3 or 4 days ago (just no Pozzik), it went 0-8 in diamond 3-4-5. Yeah, first time I've done 0% winrate. Those were the games :
- One aggro Paladin destroyed me with 4 AoEs and buffs everywhere.
- One blood DK that did what blood DK usually does (coin->blood boil, death strike, etc.)
- Two warlocks with mortal eradication that litteraly obliterated my early game.
- One rainbow mage with double creation.
- One plague DK with one hardcore cultist turn 3 and 5.
- One dragon druid that went whelp and an omega turn 4 with double Nestmatron and Spinetail drake.
- One meca rogue. The madlad got a perfect run with stealth and windfury.
So how the hell did you dodge all those bullets ? Am I that unlucky ?

Actually since this build basically relies on early game snowballing
It means that any class with an early game draw of an AOE is capable of clearing the board as early as possible
I'm playing highlander hunter now and I believe this is viable deck for hunter right now as it has a variety of answers and comebacks from most situational deck threats like you mentioned
Paladin DK Mage Shaman
I upgraded this deck to 40 card. After playing only one game so far I had fun and got a win. I had minions coming out of the woodwork, heck they were falling from the sky.
Only three legendaries. Closest to a budget deck Funki will ever get 😂

I have been playing the Reno DH you posted and am having a blast! Higher in ranked than I have ever been! (Only Plat 9, but still)
Hunter still feels like it has the most deck variety out of all classes. I’m doing pretty well with a buff beast hunter right now. Mage and pally are still tough matchups imo
New to this channel but loved this deck. Will keep watching.
Quick Q for a complete amateur Hearthstone player - Funki's deck is only showing 26 cards - how do you play a short-deck? Or is the overlay only showing certain info?
Glad you loved the deck! I think the overlay counts what's in the deck and not in hand too. But if you copy and paste the deck code in the description of this video into the Hearthstone client you should get the full deck!

I hope that they would remove Explosive Sheep from Saddle Up! pool since it is such a bad anti-synergistic card for any deck that want to run Saddle Up! (Maybe remove the beast tribe)
16:45 You should trade with 2/2 minion and buff two the snakes so you would win
He couldn't cuz the Infuse was 3 beasts and the 2/2 does not count as a beast. But if he had popped the 2/2 beforehand on other turns he probably would be able to turn that game around

14-3 and lot of times seems you lose the game but...no one expects how buff the board.

Is there anything you could do to make the Paladin mirage legendary work at all? That would be a interesting deck to try to build and get to work.
Highlander paladin is already a good deck

I went only 5 and 5. Seems like they had a good answer for the early aggression half the time and swung things in their favour after that. Does anyone have any tips on how to pilot this deck more succesfully?
Besides getting good draws not rly. you gonna face lots and lots of dk and paladin once u hit diamond and trust me u wont have a good time :D
Ivanklobucar40 said it quite well, this deck is fun until you get to versus paladin and other classes that can answer this kind of deck quite easily.
I've done 0-8 few days ago, tried it again, did 7-7 and five of those wins were against druids and I had a good hand. Paladins destroyed me and mages always had their Cold Case and Creation.

Is it possible to sub something in for the Hawkstrider? deck looks fun, and I'm jumping up and down in diamond 1 currently.. just want to hit legend and try something fun after
