Loved that pick by Cole near the end of the game, sideline was fired up when he did that windmill at the end! We've got a 60 minute team now, everybody making the absolute most of their playing time!
Y'all were exactly right. Beating teams like ULM can look very difficult for some teams, like the Longhorns did last year. They are steamrolling these opponents, and have the 3rd and 4th string in in the latter 3rd and 4th quarters this year.
Michigan’s win over USC make Texas’ demolition of the Wolverines that much sweeter. I thought USC would win by two touchdowns and was surprised to see how good Michigan looked on both sides of the ball. Put that in perspective, This the same Michigan Team that Texas carved up on both sides of the ball. Texas is really that good.
Michigan is still very 1 dimensional on offense... ~32 yds passing is 🤮
All these reps for Arch and the young guys will payoff in the future.
I was hoping to see Niblett get a few more touches, he's looking pretty natural at the RB position. They're gonna need him once SEC play starts.
Arch gave himself a C+….I’ll give him that mostly because there were players open underneath that he didn’t catch on to. Hopefully he sees that in the film room.
The win over Michigan is legit. Texas is a really good team. How great yet I’m not sure, but they are doing exactly what they need to do which is when each game and blow them out doing it.
I personally think we need to stop calling Anthony Hill jr. a budding star, he’s a STAR. He’s what LSU hoped Perkins would become.
He has definitely arrived! 🌟⭐️🤩✨
You’re my boy Blue!🤘🏻
I’m wondering why Vasek isn’t playing more. Every time he gets on the field, he’s unblockable. I think he’s better off the edge than anyone on the team not named Simmons.
Ethan Burke has been playing well also. Got to give him some credit, especially deflecting passes. He has done that 2 games in a row.
Vasek is coming along nicely, I’m sure he will get more reps, BUT he is playing late in the game when the other teams o-linemen are tired and maybe even subbed out. Something to think about
@@toutlaw983 right, Burke is good. I’m disappointed in some others that were highly ranked and what’s the deal with Trey Moore?
@@bradtaylor4765Moore is getting swallowed by big OL much of the time. I think he is more effective as a SAM or 3-4 OLB when opponents run out heavy personnel packages.
The game was the best possible event for the team and the backup QB., a big win and lots of learning opportunities.
🤘🤘🤘 from Tulsa
More Vasek, Please!
They need to tackle better, deep balls are cool but time of possession and ball security are much more important in SEC play.
What does Taaffe have to do to get some love 'round here? My man's bringing all hat and no cattle poo for ya foo(l)s!
Love Michael Taffe!!
Look at what Michigan has done on the ground since they played us and that alone should tell you something.
JUAN DAVIS. My new favorite player.
I always liked Juan Davis.
He's making the blocks that J Whitt was making last year!
Aggies got lucky to beat bowling green
Aggy sucks
maybe the click bait seekers will stop saying we have a qb dilemma now
in three games Texas has had at least ten different receivers catch passes
i wager no other team in hs college or nfl has had even one game where that happened
This game proves we do not have a QB controversy -- Arch needs more time and we are fortunate the Evers injury was not more severe. Texas can’t win the SEC title without a healthy Ewers.
Arch 1st INT was on him, trying to force into 4 man coverage. 2nd INT was on Jaydon Blue, not attempting to catch imperfect but catchable passes. Blue ran well. Gunnar Helm blocked extremely well as usual aiding receivers. Manning appeared bored with inept competition. Oh well, NEXT !
Not sure I agree, Arch will learn to put a bit of touch on these balls as he gets more experience.
Not that I feel bad for OU though 😅
One concern. The RB room depth.
Blue, Wisner, Gibson, still have two other guys that could get some snaps.
Bond really needs to see more passes
Watched some of the OU game yesterday. Jaxon Arnold looks terrible. Not your usual OU team for sure
TCU coach ejected in the SMU loss? What is going on there.
Trying to spark his team.
He sucks and it’s coming out that ref’s got them in the playoffs a couple of years ago.
Wow playing UML 😂😂
Too many penalties
Long time fan. Not throwing shade on where we stand, but we'll see where we really stand with the up coming schedule
A lot of truth in this statement.
I’m interested to see how the defense does against a good offense. They haven’t been tested yet in my opinion.
Won’t see one until Georgia, and they aren’t particularly good this year. Might not see an elite one until Milroe in the SEC Championship or the Playoff.
They get tested in practice! Iron sharpens iron. Imagine a DB having to cover the best WR in college football every practice! They will be fine!
@@nrubell fair but you can’t know for sure until they have been tested. UTSA moved the ball effectively on them at times. Also iron doesn’t sharpen iron it dulls it. Various forms of carbon are what’s used to sharpen iron.
Super sloppy!!!
Good stuff Guys ! Hook'em
