Jacdac RGB Strip Fail , Turn Off All LEDs Does Not Work

tinyurl.com/mvus3ubx : I have complained to Microsoft MakeCode that their RGB strip code does not work and got no response. Maybe there is some new firmware? But I thought that it would update when ever I log onto Jacdac. There is no way to turn OFF LEDs with the RGB Strip module. But some will turn off, but not all. The code says that when I press A button on Microbit V2, all LEDs should turn off. Does not work.
