I used to do archery when I was younger, it's so much fun. I never got up to compound bows, but I would shoot the bows with all the weights hanging off etc. to keep them balanced. Compound bows are wild though, the draw weight some of them can get up to is nutty. Not that you're pulling that weight, but they fire so dam fast.
Compounds are a absolutely a blast. Recurve are fun too but something about a compound I love. Your right too on the draw weight. I got on of mine set to 100lbs. Another set to about 70 for targeting
@@niewissen9912 Ye recurve were the one's I was shooting back then (forgot the name it was so long ago), they are also real fun too, I would always just oogle at the guys shooting their wild looking compounds and always wanted to try, but back then I could barely even pull back a middling weight recurve as I was super young. I did try one of the guy's compounds just to see how heavy they were, and I couldn't even get it back a foot lol. I've been wanting to get back into archery for a while, but have a ton of back issues so decided against it for now sadly.

I know some of the domestic race cars, Ford and Chevy, use a serial number and not a VIN. Where you'd see a VIN at the base of the windshield there instead is a serial number. The car also is bought through the parts counter and not the showroom. Those cars can't be put on the road, at least for 25 years and even then, would need a state issued VIN. Kit cars, from most companies, will come with a Certificate of Origin, which is the OEM paperwork that's submitted to a state DMV for a title. Check if the race car came with at least a Certificate of Origin. Mainly when a car is inspected for getting a title, they'll look for the car's proper safety and emissions equipment for the year of the car, even a kit car. An end around getting a title for the car in California is to go through another less stringent state's DMV. Since Damen and Dave are from Canada perhaps it might be easier to get the car titled in Canada.

Even dry firing a normal bow isn't wise in most situations, as the string really really hurts and can break skin if it catches part of you. Also for the same reason you don't point empty guns at people, you don't know what else might come off the string when you do it, even small bits of grit or anything really could be projected into an eye or something.
Please don’t dry fire that bow (no arrows). Mike was right saying it’s not good for it plus the string can snap or come off the cam and slice you all the way to your bone. Be super careful.

Yeah at summer camp I went to circle square ranch in Ontario Canada and we were using the 30-40 lb compound bow and other activities were trick riding horses and bmx dirt track and a big quarter pipe ramp

At my hs gym class they would pick one main sport that ur doing throughout the whole system n there’s obviously class favorite games like capture the cone, pickelball, badminton, whatever but they my class archey one time n i was pissed, not because archery isnt fun but because there was 10x more fun games n more active games for gym class tht we couldve been playing instead not sitting for 30 mins n getting 3 shots off a class, i was pretty good tho
