PoE 3.12_Heist_ Crackling Lance in The Blood Aqueduct

seems like unleash is a bad support for crackling lance since it only ticks the inherant intensify up by one stack. it only counts as one cast
looks like cast speed would be very welcome though. imagine spell echo with pledge of hands for a full burst every click
