"Threat To Crimea" Russia Slams "Underhand" US Transfer Of Longer-Range ATACMS Missiles To Ukraine

- The US secretly shipped long-range missiles to Ukraine in recent weeks for use against Russian forces, a US official revealed on April 24. The weapons, which reached Ukraine this month, were part of a $300m aid package approved by Joe Biden in March.
Ukraine for the first time began using long-range ballistic missiles provided by the US, as per reports citing unnamed US officials. Kyiv’s forces used the ATACMS in the early hours of April 17 to bomb a Russian airfield in Crimea some 165km from the Ukrainian front lines. Kyiv reportedly used the weapon for the second time on April 23 against Russian forces in southeastern Ukraine.
The US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said Washington planned to send more ATACMS as part of a recently approved $61 billion aid package for Ukraine.

Simple logic: the countries at war can use their arsenal. If a 3rd country supplies weapons that can strike the Russian territory, then they will be considered as taking part in the war, and consequences might follow.. Any other confusion?
@@trespasser121 it is not such a simple logic. Russia always said they are not responsible how their weapons are used around the globe. Secondly, Russia fires third party weapons (Iran, North Korea) from its own soil into Ukraine. For a level playing field Ukraine should be allowed too. The Kremlin is a command centre and thus a valid target.

@@etienneb4403 There is a difference when supplying arms during an armed conflict or in peace time. And while Iran and NK might have supplied some low powered weapons and ammunition, it's nothing compared to the destructive capabilities of advanced NATO missiles.

Any weapons that the West introduces secretly overwhelms their defenses because it comes when they aren’t aware. Once they become aware that’s all. The short range ATACMS destroyed almost a dozen of Russians jets in the Berdiansk air field but ever since have you heard about its successful use? The Ukrainians get the initial success of every weapon sent and later on it becomes obsolete like the HIMMARS, storm shadows, depleted uraniums , Abrams, leopards etc 😂

everything that they sent is supposed to be a game changer, the effect is felt within the first few weeks or a couple of months and then completely disappears. The russians easily neutrilize them. they were effective in the beginning just like their other missiles and weapons but become obsolete afterwards
