Hi Doc, great channel for not so great fire stick users.I have a problem. my fire stick suddenly is unobtainable from my remote. I followed all of the tips on how to reset to no avail. As its relatively new Amazon replaced the remote but after trying to set up i still cannot connect to my fire tv. I can't even get it to get to the home page. please can you give any advice to a numpty. Remote when pressed flares yellow not green
