Happy to see you alive and well today. We all get some kind of wake up call and the heart attack was yours Lance. Thank God they didn't ignore what was happening to you and took you to the hospital. The reason for the weight loss was because you had to change your diet. One piece of advice for you and everyone else, stop using sugar and/or sugary products. Lessen the use of salt because of high blood pressure and eliminate sugar from your diet. Sugar is poison to the body that if it doesn't metabolize, it gets into the bloodstream, turns into cholesterol (fat) and clogs the arteries that can cause a heart attack. Because of the build up of fat in the arteries, it also causes a narrowing that enough blood can't be pumped efficiently to the heart and then back to the brain. Absolutely cut out all red meat. Thank God that you are here today to tell what you went through. I just hope that other people would take heed. Here in Canada we practice a lot of preventative care
so take good care of yourself and Louise. We all have a time to go and that wasn't your time. A few suggestions for you: cut out white bread and eat rye/sourdough bread or rye bread or sourdough bread. Drink chai (tea) with milk NO sugar. And here's something that you could drink: juice one karella (caraillee), one apple, one carrot, one beet, one whole lemon(rind and seeds too), one celery stalk and a pinch of salt. If the karella is too big, you can use half of it. Blessings and wishing you good health 🙏🕊️🇹🇹🇨🇦

God is good, glad that you were able to get good treatment and you are taking care of yourself. My dad had a heart attack the day after his 50th birthday, he was able to drive himself to the doctor and then drive back home! He was in shock- it’s been 13 years since his triple bypass and we pray to God every day for his strength and health. We celebrate every October the day of his surgery as he calls it his second chance at life. May the Lord bless you both with many more happy and healthy years.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It just gives us more understanding of what each can endure as life crunches. You both.... husband and wife continue enjoying the fullness of life.
I lost my mother this last year, I helped her control her diet, I ensured she took her medication, I did all to help her maintain her wellness but when the Lord was ready which I am assuming she knew not that she was ailing....but my mother had a relationship with God her Father and she walked into the fullness of his Kingdom when it was time. Now she is with the Lord..free...free indeed, safe and happy. I just mentioned this part to let you know don't be afraid of the great unknown just keep your trust in God. She left us behind 5 mature children, God is taking care of the sting of her absence. I appreciate your channel. God bless you both and stay happy and on the mountain top always. We are all passing through this world. Blessings.

12:37 Very true. Pay very close attention to older family and/or friends. This is a very treacherous time of life for them. Their strength is failing and so nothing should be taken for granted with them. No matter how minor it may seem, one should look into it just as a precaution.

13:35 Again, so true. I thought I would not be able to make it in life when my best friend of over a decade passed late last year. To this day I'm still surprised how life still goes on even tho someone so important to me is no longer in this world. I realised that certain things *in my world* are not same and I've had to readjust but, the world in general keeps turning. I draw comfort from Revelation 21:3 & 4 which helps me greatly and of God's promise of a resurrection hope where we will see our dead loved ones again very soon. (John 5:28 &29)

Love this couple so much. But Mr Lance your food choices is what contributed to that health scare. Eliminate flour and sugars from your diet and incorporate more starch and legumes. Ik it's hard but it's vital for optimum health

A pinch of advice from someone who cares. Eat well, go for strolls often, laugh much, forgive like it never happened, love without limits, establish balance, throw caution to the wind sometimes, and always stare fear right in the eye.
Our greatest Gift is Time, and Fear is its Thief.
No man knows when his hour will come, but he can prepare by investing in good deeds; they never go unrewarded.
Stay well, stay safe, make every moment count!

A single word to the Wise is all that's ever needed. Therefore consider for a moment that Farmer Harry's Diet is almost exactly that which was prescribed by the learned Doctors! Coincidence or Miracle? I'll leave it at that.

Thank God u are alive and well today to share your experience. I can understand wanting to skip medication on some days due to the amount of tablets having to be taken every day and wanting to cheat on your diet. In May of 2019 my mom woke up feeling sick one morning..upset.. vomited every time she would try to eat something. She was belching a lot so she said it was gas. However she was complaining of back pain and also pain in her upper left shoulder but she ruled out that as gas pain. She insisted that she didn't want to go to doctor..that it will pass but by evening I had convinced her to go to d health center which wasn't too far from our home. A friend of mine took us..they did ECG..said it wasn't heart..gave her a pain injection and we went home. D injection worked for 2 days but then she started experiencing the back pain again. I decided to take her to a private doctor the following morning. There in d doctors office while in d waiting room my mom had a massive heart attack which pitched her off her chair. Fortunately d doctor was the head heart surgeon of Sangre Grande hospital but had his office where he saw patients after he did his morning rounds at d hospital. I had never been to his office before and d only reason we ended up there was because d other doct offices around were closed being so early in d morning. After d doctor attended to her he called d hospital ambulance and also his team at d hospital to give instructions on how to proceed with her treatment. At this time she was still out of it. To make a long story short my mom lived 6 mths after and passed away on Nov 13th 2019 while rushing her to the hospital after having another heart attack at home. That day I lost my mother and my best friend. So Mr Lance and Mrs Louise I thank God for both of u and for coming to know u through ur TH-cam channel. May u both live many more yrs. Blessings and much love.

Sorry you lost yr Mom, Florence, always a heart wrenching experience when such happens to a parent. As someone said recently, God made no promise of eternity to the human body, only to the soul. Still, we thank Him for the time allotted on earth with our loved ones. Be safe.
