Brutalism in architecture has a certain feel to it and this space doesn’t have it, not even in the ‘inspired’ variant. For one thing it is painted instead of bare concrete. At least, it has a homey feel to it instead of looking like a hotel lobby that seems to be the trend in current Pinoy interiors.

@@alijyn458, yuong kay Vice, mas malapit sa brutalism kesa dito, kaso di rin eh kasi parang pininturahin din yuon eh, dark grey lang. Pure and stark Ng intention Ng isang brutal na structura. Raw concrete talaga, with shadows taking the place of paint.
Eto yung unang bahay sa pinas na kita ko talagang parang pang california hollywood hills yung design. Good job sa architect, builder, and sa interior decorator.
Ganda ng garden themed rooms sa baba, pati sa stairs ang galing ng Arki & Interior Designer. Maaliwalas and nai-imagine ko yung fresh air dahil sa mga halaman. Salamat Dean sa pag-pasyal mo saming mga viewers sa napakaganda and unique na bahay.

There's another tour of this house dito sa YT but this one is better because it showcased more the house and its floorplan because the host moves from space to space. There is something more personable when the host talks as if you are with him instead of just mouthing off a script.

Ang ganda puro herbs at bonsai fruit tree ang itatanim ko dyan para mapakinabangan yung garden. Magsisimula na akong tumaya sa lotto baka na lang mabili ko yan.. magaling talaga mag paliwanag c Sir Dean wala ka ng itatanong sinabi na nya lahat.

the fact that you can turn the “secondary living room” to a master bedroom and the “official master bedroom” to a junior master suite. i love this house so much! if i am a rich ass woman right now, i would definitely buy this house with no hesitation! very spacious, very welcoming and has a homey feels into it 🤍
this is probably one of, if not, the nicest house i've ever seen on this channel (or any other home touring channels for that matter) just look at the plants behind the kitchen space! i only ever see that on malaysian home channels like designseed tbh

Di ko type ang design idea ng indoor garden pag walang daan na konektado sa labas. Maggagarden ka so madudumihan shoes or slippers mo, babalik ka sa sala ? Wlang ibang labasan? Also indoor garden encourages the growth of algae and mold.

it's actually a beautiful and well-designed house. But is it really Brutalist-inspired? I'm just curious since the house shows smoothness (on the wall and it's painted), I see it more as bare (when purchased) unit since no appliances and furniture are included

It's not brutalist inspired, i would say it modern tropical since there's nothing "brutal" about the design.
The realtor is not good at identifying designs but he's still a great host nonetheless
is this really the 42 million or the 78 million? why other reputable broker/youtuber priced this for 78 million? this is exactly the unit they've feature.
I'm curious if the living space upstairs before going to the balcony can be closed off. Typhoons here are really strong and can easily wreck the furnitures. Insects (especially roaches) can also just help themselves inside the house which is feared by most rich people 😂.
