Holotori as an idol unit is really solid right now. I hope Nerissa can make friends with all the other birds though. If she's as musically-oriented as she seems, I'm sure she wants to carve out her own identity as an artist to start with, anyway.
I love this duality of Kiara, she came out being called bottom left and all and it was great, but at the same time it was clear she had more big brain than bird brain, she can do fun streams as well as anyone, make little funny skits and entertain the audience with more traditional idol activities, but she gets things done behind the scenes as well, right from the time she did the first EN-JP collab with Subaru and it went great. Hololive pulled a SSR hiring her, this woman has high stats all across the board. On the sad day thar she graduates (which I'm sure we all wish would never come, but that's not how the world works), she could very well get a full-time job working behind the scenes, she has the experience and the creativity to support the active talents in many ways, heck, she already does it to a point now, imagine how great she'd be doing it full-time. Anyway all this to say, Kiara is amazing, she will always be our boss.

Holotori is like Umisea. Chloe only joined once it was agreed she was part of it. Kobo hasn’t joined it even if one would argue she could be like one could with Nerissa and Holotori.
Another thought that came to me about keeping HoloTori the way it is right now may be because of lessons learned with UMISEA. Rather than being an organic group of members getting together to do stuff, UMISEA was created by management, and Chloe was just added to the group without any kind of build up. Fan reaction to that group has been lukewarm at best I'd say and we rarely see any interaction between the talents outside of it compared to other groups. I hope Narissa can find her own fun group of friends in Holo and maybe we'll see some guest appearances with HoloTori in the future,

There isn't a penguin is Hololive and if you are referring to Kaela, she respects her blacksmith lore and artist too much to be converted into a penguin.
