    The slow movements in the fast version are going different counts. Sometimes 5, sometimes 6.
    Are there any standard counting mentioned anywhere in the WT documents ?
    Chumbi = counts ?
    Hwangso Makki = counts ?
    Pyon sonkkeut Joccho cchireugi = counts ?
    Bawi milgi = counts ?
    Sonnaldeung Arae Hechho Makki = counts ?

      I would get GM Ik Pil Kangs books - they are the most informative books on poomsae

    And I am absolutely sure that this woman would convince any men that would assault a lady simply because she was defenseless , or an easy target to mugg that he would be risking his life if she had expert level training. Which is not uncommon in the 21st century. Every town has multiple schools Everywhere and in most countries. I think that it should be a requirement in schools physical education programs for the girls to train extensively in some style of martial arts. At least I would want my daughter or wife well prepared for anything. Thx for the impressive demo of what dedicated and proper training should look like!✌🥋👊
