The world can feel overwhelming-conflict, uncertainty, and suffering seem ever-present. In this Circle of Practice meditation, we cultivate equanimity, a steadying force for the heart. Through guided reflection, we remember: everyone is on their own journey. We learn to hold compassion without carrying the weight of the world, creating space for both care and balance.
Join us in this practice of gentle awareness-offering kindness to ourselves and others, without attachment or overwhelm.

You will be able to join as many times as you wish and meet other amazing teachers from around the world 7 days a week at 5am, 7am and 4pm Pacific Time. There is no charge for this service, however if you can manage a donation to the CMSC this will be warmly welcomed to help continue the work of the centre.
Kathryn will be offering the Monday 7am PT / 3pm UK time practice for the next few months.
