Quadrajet Throttle Shaft Bushing Install

This is how I install bronze throttle shaft bushings to fix the wear in the aluminum throttle body caused by the throttle shaft and throttle return spring over time.

I purchased the tool from eBay, a US made quality reamer, and the bushings I buy in bulk through McMaster Carr.

Excellent video. Is it possible to drill those bushing out in the future? Cobalt style reamer maybe?

I have been able to remove these using a small punch from the inside, tapping it back out.
