Love Athena, glad to see you show her off in solo! I used to play her in jungle a lot when I wanted to switch it up. definitely an odd comp this game but it led to a pretty intense match by the end haha!

Snaddy do you always go frostbound first on Ama solo, or do you rush defence in any matchups? Been trying to get better at her and my lane always feels a lot safer when I go defence first then into frostbound, but I’m thinking that might be a bit of a crutch or something. Love the content as always
i usually do because i feel comfy without the def and can use the aggression earlier but honestly its not a big deal if you rush def, especially in lanes you are just getting spam poked in like a swk or a osi

How do you carry as a solo laner? I farm like crazy for the late game, but I never have enough damage to solo kill for the most part. I try to dive the backline and somehow my team gets killed super easily and I'm stranded 1v5
some games you will just lose as in any role, this game isnt really a great example of a hard carry in a traditional sense as the god doesnt really fit it but I always just recommend working and focusing on improving your own game and even if you have a 52% WR you're climbing
Snaddy I think where most Solos screw up they sit in their lane with their lead until everyone’s at late game. Instead of rotating and abusing thank mid game portion where solos are op.
If you're going late game (and lower tier ranked usually does) guardian solos are wild. More utility, better teamfight and really good lategame. Cthulu and Cerb come to mind, Kuzenbo too. You really only need the gem of focus and stone of binding to near oneshot squishies before ult with these guys too, so the damage is good and you'll have some things to stop your team from wiping in your kit, but still be really tanky. You can win lane alot too because most people aren't starting magic defense.

i love athena too and looking at her kit you’d think her laning phase wouldn’t be as awful as it is but i love team fighting with her early
