Just to clarify, Carbs aren’t important in your diet. The only carbs which are essential are the carbs from Fiber (veggies). Look up keto diet on TH-cam.
I believe that fruits won't be good empty stomach .. i was consuming then earlier but i was notice the bloating issue .. hence as per doctor guidance i have not consume them empty stomach but around 11 AM or 4 PM i'm having daily one fruit.
