  • The world's oldest rock group, The Zimmers - with a 90-year-old lead singer and a combined age of more than 3,000 - head to LA to take Hollywood by storm.
This is the half-sequel to the award-winning TIm Samuels BBC documentary "The Great Granny Chart Invasion" in which he created the band to show how badly the elderly are treated. He brought 40 old people together at Abbey Road to record a cover of The Who's "My Generation". The film won a Royal Television Society award and was been screened at the UN.
This sequel picks up as 90-year-old Alf and the band become global sensations. Their video goes to number one on TH-cam, media from more than 50 countries demand interviews, smash up the Graham Norton dressing room and they fly over to LA to appear on the biggest chat show alongside Hollywood's biggest star George Clooney. It is an amazing and uplifting story as Samuels and record label boss Neil Reed see the elderly conquer LA and change their lives forever.
