You're welcome, sorry it took so long, some of my spices for my Green Bombs were on back order for months, when you use them just toss them in whatever your cooking and when your food is done just toss it out, it does the seasoning for you...tfw 😊

Yes, it is very lemony, if you would like a little milder in flavor I would leave out the lemon rind...tfw 😊
