Hey thanks for adding ODDADA in there!! Just a small note for anybody intrigued: the trailer (+ audio) seems to be time-stretched, I promise the music you can make in the game sounds more appealing 😁
@@mobogdan4683in the full game you will get a gadget that will allow you to play back the levels at half or double speed - although it's just a limited tempo control, it can change the feel of the songs significantly!
I think it's crazy that dome-keeper-like is now a fully fledged subgenre and the game has only been out officially for almost 2 years and only has about 10k steam reviews(not a small amount but small compared to its influence)
@@thebarbaryghostsf Old school represent! As an "old" gamer it really warms my heart seeing this young generation enjoying the same style games we did as kids despite so many games with ultra-realistic graphics and Hollywood level scripts.
Holy! I didn't know Feed The Deep and Demonsomnia had a release date already. Bearnard is finally here and I had a lot of fun playing it. Quite unique and fairly hard. As you said, the closest comparison would be Steamworld Heist and, coincidentally, Arco, which has similar mechanics but as a top-down RPG. I recently tried I Am Your Beast's demo and it was fantastic, specially the voice acting/story telling. Thanks for the video!
Tons and tons of diverse genres in this line-up, too many to name. Sins of a Solar Empire II - Is good to hear about for 4X rts given the pedigree of the original. Castaway - Looks like a zelda blast albeit in shorter form. Would be great to see more like this and larger content per game! Arco - pixel art real time tactics mexican stand-off with pause? Looks solid fun in a small package also.
A lot of good games this week , but i'm surprised with the release of Skelethrone last week that came out of nowhere . This month's end will be promising .
Hmmmmm no not quite. There was hundreds of NES games every year from 1985 - 1992, and tons of them were amazing and still hold up. There are a lot of great throwback games coming out I agree, but not nearly as many as the 80's gave us.

i already got my hands on this game and its fantastic, so much fun to explore the different rythms and sounds, definitely worth a look/listen! ;)
I downloaded the demo and am wondering if there's any way to change the tempo?

I was born in the 80s and the art style of Crimson Diamond gave me flashbacks.
Born in 1977, and I remember playing games in EGA all the time too. CGA was even weirder looking though!

BEARNARD LOOKS AWSOME

Bearnard is realy fun game.
Intravenous 2 is a must-buy for me. Loved the concept of the first game, but it felt more like a demo of what they could do with more time and ideas.
I have been searching for this game for almost a decade. Can't belive that game was called Bowmaster Prelude
Slash quest looks adorable
knights of the road looks really good
Just Crow Things looks like it would be a fun game to play as a kid. Almost reminds me of Team Buddies
Knights of the Road looks lovely
Knights Of The Road this week release? Nice! I've played demo and was fun!
Looking forward to
Knights of the road

Damn, I guess my game will need to be pixel art to be on top of the list 😂
Shapez 2 lets go, I'm not letting myself play early access to not spoil 1.0 for myself.
I played Intravenous 2 demo, game is iso good, its like Splinter Cell from top down view

CHAOS
Great reviews! You always do a super job!
There are more good NES games being released today via indie games than there were in the 80s.
