میری نظر میں ھمارے یہاں ھر سیکٹر کی تباہی کی وجہ ۔۔ بیمانی ،جھوٹ،دھوکا دھی اور کرپشن ھے۔
Sir, the people who sell real estate outside of Pakistan.. when they sell they charge the price for future not present.
So let's say u buy from builder and the project will be completed in 2026 then the price is charged at the anticipated price of 2026.
And if the price didn't increase as anticipated then u loose money but builder already made money and now u have to wait till prices increase..if not a lot of issues for buyer which are happening right now.

The plot file market system has failed. The wealth is concentrated in a few hands, and the money is not trickling down. The demand is not less, but poor people who are living on rent they are real buyers, but they don't have the money to buy the land to make the house. The poor are hardly managing their household food. Imran Khan started a good initiative to provide loans to buy the property or home for the homeless people from banks, so people who are living on rent can pay the same rent to the banks and after 20 to 30 years, they will pay off all the loan of the banks. The government should start a process like this then see the boom again in the property market.
