If she does go the one in Maryland I would recommend going to Trapper's smokehouse or Le Frites but really any of the food shops and carts there are good.
Can you do a food truck convention type of thing? That would be really cool because they can differ so greatly from truck to truck

I'd love to see Tess hit up Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. It is the theme park I grew up going to (I've probably been there close to 100 times) and has some great food. It is owned by the same company that owns Dollywood.

When they open back up for the season, you need to travel to Knoebels in Elysburg, PA! They have won golden ticket awards for their food! AND they have a smoked turkey leg that literally falls off the bone. It would be an amazing episode to see one of my favorite parks on there!

natsfan100 I was thinking the same thing. And as a fellow super fair person, I’ve gotten it multiple times.
It's normal. It's the body's way of cooling itself off. The hot blood is directed to the capillaries which are near the surface of the skin, so it can dissipate the heat out before going back to the inside of the body to get more hot blood. This happens all over the body, but since facial skin over the cheek bones and nose is thinner, it's more obvious there. This also happens to everyone but it's more obvious for fair skinned people.
My husband gets mad if I watch these without him now. We love Tess.
