I travelled from India to Toronto in March and Toronto didnt had this system, i think they had older one. I don’t recall taking picture while using Kiosk. It was only available to US/Canadian citizens and PR card holders. Rest would line up to see an officer.
@@singingirand7925 Thank you!! I did notice that people had different numbers from different kiosks, and the collectors at the exit with their eyes on the numbers. Guess this varies with our history, background and frequency... wondering what came out from their analysis!
Its so great .. do you mind i take this video for educated people since virus corona its good for hotel selfcheck in as well .. for social distancing , waiting for respons , ruben amor
no you don't have to line up in counter, but 2 officers will be standing and waiting for you in 2 different locations once you move forward. They will be standing there and check your receipt and then ask you some questions or may not ask at all.
@@theonlineworld-du6oq I just travel last week. I had still to lined up in counter for asking simple questions (3 questions) by officer and he/she will mark a "tick" on your receipt. Then, you should show the receipt with the mark of "tick" for these 2 officers to check and leave the custom.
im just seing 3 options... coming from the us only, other country direct and other country via u.s so...if you travel from canada within canada...do you just...click other country direct??
Airport kiosks are a must at all busy airports. The officers cannot handle the tasks all by themselves during busy hours. Border security cannot be compromised these days.
yep and then when everyone finally has one of these those poor souls will no longer have a job. inevitably replaced by AI and then we can thank them for helping usher in digital ID

I'm curious about the number printed on the form (57 and 38 in this video), is there anywhere I can reference these numbers?
They are secret numbers. If you meet the criteria you’ll be pulled for random or targeted secondary inspection.

You don't go through customs when travelling domestically.
There are no border checks for domestic flights.
Does this app work for all the airports in Canada?
Justine Austria Selected airports. Every time using the app, you need to select an airport.
