😊 I really need to dive further into Bebe & Cece’s discography. Different Lifestyles had me in such a chokehold I didn’t want to go any further, other than that album that featured MC Hammer.

That’s it! I didn’t know what it was about Bebe’s voice that gets me, but you’re right, he just stands out so effortlessly amongst the two vocal powerhouses naturally and organically. Maybe it’s the rasp too like you say.
