Josue Wabasha the amount of sessions vary depending on how bad your soles are. The worse they are, the more sessions it will take. This took me 9 sessions at 24 hours each session.
Alexis Granda it varies from shoe to shoe depending on how bad they are. The worse they are. The longer they will take. This particular pair in this video is a really bad pair. But as you can see. It’s very possible to restore them.

Joe Kyser the main source of the heat comes directly from the sunlights rays beaming down onto the soles. But you do not have to worry about the surface temperature of the soles reaching above 125F on a cold day. Just be sure to monitor it just in case.
Does soles stay iced.? A lot of other methods work, but within a month they yellow again just as bad if not worse. And that's with the shoes stored in the shoe box.

I’ve tried this in the past and it’s pretty much impossible for it to work unless u have it outside everyday for weeks if u don’t have a UV light box and then u risk getting sole separation if it’s hot
The best thing to do if you rlly want the best results is to buy a uv light. You can put them in there whenever and leave it running for hours without needing to babysit them.
Id recommend just removing the soles and icing them that way and just re cement them once you're satisfied. Youll def need a uv box setup and 24 hr sessions for actual practicality. The sun isnt practical to get significant iceyness and is really only good for easy removal of the soles from its heat since that's what you want for best outcome.

Fabes is there an instruction guide on the bottle because other videos are also saying tape the traction pads and tape the carbon fiber and all this stuff and only keep it in sun for an hour but your vids are completely different!
Rurqe There are instructions on the bottle but they’re just this video in written form. As far as masking off the pods & carbon fiber with tape. In my experience, It’s actually worse to do that because there’s a very strong possibility that the product will still get underneath the tape. And the tape then traps it there, which can cause unwanted discoloration of the pods and carbon fiber plate. And with the tape there people are more likely to be careless because they think they have that room for error. I recommend simply avoiding the pods and carbon fiber plate as best as possible. I make it look easy because I’ve been doing this for over 8 years now. And Theres different brush stroke techniques to use on different sneakers. After a while you’ll get the hang of it. But yes just practice being perfect around the pods. I try to showcase it in the video as best as possible. As far as sunlight treatment time. I recommend utilizing the sun as much as possible to achieve better and faster results. Along with the product It’s key to my restore jobs to achieve the best possible results.
