What nation dances like this? Hungary has the worlds most energetic and sophisticated dances. Incredible variety and energy for such a small nation.. Even the WOMEN dance with boldness and style!!!. This reminds me of my Grandparents. I am so proud to be Hungarian!!!
This is a gipsy dance I believe from Őrkő, Transylvania(Not sure on that). If it has the bug metallic jugs(called Ceglédi kanna after the town they originate from), the wooden or metal spoons or the wooden trough used as an instrument, its always a gypsy thing!
@@MU-ey3jt Hungarian music and Hungarian dance are not the same as the dance of the Gypsies living in Hungary. Although the Gypsies are part of the Hungarian nation, their culture differs from that of the host country. It's like a "nation within a nation". Folk dance is my hobby, and I also learned the dance of the Germans in Hungary. Although it is a Hungarian dance, it is not a Hungarian dance either.
