I hope it went well and you were able to enjoy a bit ! Its always best never to push yourself when you're not the best , I tried doing some things on christmas when I wasnt a 100% and I am still regretting it :") hope you feel better and happy new year !
I'm also not well. I had one week off during the Christmas holiday and I didn't even manage to go out anywhere. I've had hope to go to a sauna just once, but all I can do is go to my bed. Myopathy sucks. Your vlogs help me in such moments. Stay positive and Happy New Year 💕
I have mito too and been sick with cough and sore throat for 4 weeks. Similar to you, I got a little better then got worse but they didn't give me antibiotics because they said it's a virus. It worries me because I also have a history of pneumonia too. I hope you feel better soon!
Aw that stinks. I hope you are feeling better or will be soon. Thankfully I'm all better now as this was a few weeks ago. But whatever is going around has been pretty nasty. Sorry to hear you have dealt with it too.
Hello, mito warrior!! I just came across your channel and I’d like to know if you have ever used methylene blue for mitochondrial function or Rhodiola Rosea. I have used methylene blue for months in the sublingual route, and I felt for the first time in years that I had energy and oxygen. When I stopped taking, it all went back to lots of fatigue and this feeling like I’m constantly underwater or with asphyxia, but taking it again gave me lots of mouth ulcers due to it’s high acidity and so I’ve been trying with rhodiola, which is an adaptogenic herb. I’d like to know your thoughts on it ♥️ Thank you for sharing your journey with us, I’ve learned the hard way what mitochondrial dysfunction is, it’s nice to see people talking about it
My pots when I was sick wasn't too bad! If you mean how my pots is now in general. It's mostly under control with medication and making sure I stay hydrated and don't overdo it physically. It's definitely a roller coaster and I have harder days then others but it's pretty stable right now thankfully!
