Instead of keyframes, you can also use simple Expression with loopout "pingpong" property :)

to anyone who doesn't wanna keyframe them by hand
before changing the bend alt+click the stopwatch and paste this in the expressions:
bendAmount = 50
bendSpeed = 1
Bender = Math.sin(time*bendSpeed) * bendAmount
Math.round(Bender)
change the bendAmount to change how much it bends and change the bendSpeed to change how fast it bends

i mean that's a totally valid and simple way to do it but using the pupet tool and just make lots of points just as pin points (to keep like the bottom from moving) is more fun xD
